R&L Associates, Ltd. is delighted to announce their placement and new addition to Heller Search Associates, Debra Jerome, who has joined the firm as Organizational Design and Change Management Specialist.

Debra is a Human Resources and Change leader focusing on rapidly changing environments. Her experience encompasses global organizational change management, HR Strategy and process improvement, HRIS implementations, organizational design and refinement and talent acquisition and development. She is a collaborative, influential and solutions based trusted advisor delivering results that consistently exceed expectations. Previously Debra was Chief Human Resources Officer for Witt/kieffer, working for the CEO where she was part of the internal, organic growth of the firm.
