Based in Austin, Texas, Mr. Mann comes to Witt/Kieffer from another leading executive search firm, for whom he opened an Austin office in 2005. He was a member of its Academic Medicine Leadership, CEO and Financial Leadership practices. Mr. Mann has nearly 25 years of healthcare executive recruiting experience, during which he has worked with not-for-profit, for-profit, and community healthcare organizations, as well as teaching institutions and clinics. Mr. Mann began his career in managerial roles with Pepsi and Johnson & Johnson. Later he moved into executive search at a nationally known recruiting firm, quickly becoming Manager of the Healthcare Division. Under his guidance, the division grew five-fold. Mr. Mann also spent time heading up the healthcare division of an Austin-based boutique search firm. A member and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Mr. Mann regularly speaks at events hosted by ACHE, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and other industry organizations. He is also a guest lecturer within the MHA program at Trinity University in San Antonio.
