R&L Associates is proud to announce the placement of David James Beed as Managing Director at Gilbert Tweed International, based out of Washington, D.C. David will focus his efforts on the Insurance Industry and will serve as the Insurance practice lead.
Mr. Beed has more than 30 years of executive management, marketing and recruiting experience specializing in the Insurance/Financial Services Industry. He was President of Executive Quest International, Board Member at The Santa Fe Group and President and CEO of his own Search firm, JIRB Group for 15 years. Prior to Search, Dave was the Business Group Head of the Strategic Transformation Group of Connecticut Mutual, former President and COO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ and EVP and Chief Marketing Officer for Transamerica. Dave is a graduate of the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and Stanford University and the University of Iowa.
